• Job Details:-Coordinating, managing, analyzing and supervising all cost accounting, finance, assets, tax and internal control functions in relation to assigned business unites, cost centers & projects, and in accordance with company policy and procedures. -Ensure full compliance with regulatory of the statutory authorities, legal and service contracts. -Emphasize and adapting Ethics, Self-Auditing, Continous Improvement, Lessons Learned and Customer Care. -Preparation monthly financial reports, explaining and analyzing current month financial performance versus latest forecast/budget for assigned cost centers. -Preparing annual budget and quarterly forecast liaising with operation team and insure projection are accurate and completed timely in the company forecasting system. -Preparation of required budget/forecast bridging and variance analysis reports.

Budget & Cost ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:-Preparing annual budget & quarterly forecast liaising with department heads to insure projections are accurate and achievable. -Preparing monthly financial & variances analysis reports for management review and provide commentary in comparison to past and planned performance. -Monthly review of "Products Profit & Loss" and calculating the contribution margin per product after allocating both direct & indirect cost. -Establish and update products cost sheets (Bill of Material). -Assist regulatory department in the preparation and reviewing of the pricing strategy (Budget & profitability) required for register new products. -Ensure proper cost allocation to correct cost centers for both direct and indirect expenditure. -Review quarterly inventory report with trends and variance to inventory goals and liaise with the procurement and production depts. to understand the reason for the variances where applicable. -Preparing weekly cash flow report to provide an updated vision of cash movement & projection, and to ensure a healthy cash flow. -Monthly review/update of movements on reserve for doubtful debts & obsolete inventory. -Managing accounting department team in daily, weekly & monthly tasks to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions and compliance with company accounting policies, procedures and related internal controls. -Preparation of audit requirements and dealing with the external auditors to facilitate and ensure timely issuance of the annual Financial Statement.
