Qs EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Preparing quantity takeoff for progress work done on site from construction drawings.  Ensuring timely submission of interim valuations and expediting timely receipt of certificates and payments  Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Analysis of Rates.  Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment  Maintain confidentiality at all times.  Review, evaluate and submit post tender correspondences in coordination with the management  Develop good working relationships with all company departments and liaising with key members of The business as appropriate, to ensure relevant information is gathered, chased up where necessary.  Preparing Work Inspection Request, Material Submittal for Approval, Co-ordination with Third Party Lab for Test Reports as per the Requirement of Consultant & Client.  Co-ordination with Client and consultant in day to day site affairs and submission of all reports  Overall management and execution of job as per Client program.  Preparing Bar Bending Schedules.  Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.  Submission of interim payment certificate and fallow up to approval from consultant and client.  Advise to reduce petty cash expenses.  Negation with consultant to take approval of new items rates.  Check and verification for Variation order approval.  Delegating quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.  Maintain department documentation, accurate record keeping, and Suppliers / Manufacturers data base records.

Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details: To prepare & quantify the quantity as per the actual progress percentage to submit to the Client for review & evaluation for monthly invoices  To identify, quantify and motivate for payment in terms of the Contract all variations between Tender and Contract documents.  Monitoring and Supervising the Projects as per cost.  Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Analysis of Rates.  Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.  Assurance of quality control at site.  Supervision of Project according to Drawings and Specifications.  Preparing Shop Drawings as per site.  Assisting in preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.  Other duties as may be assigned or requested.  Preparing quantity takeoff for progress work done on site from construction drawings.  Preparing and verifying the Bar banding schedule from consultant.  Ensuring timely submission of interim valuations and expediting timely receipt of certificates and payments.
