MEP COORDINATORFull Time

• Job Details:• Review the shop drawing based on the design concept and specification contract. • Control and coordination of design section related to FIRE, HVAC, CHW, PLUB. • Conducting the coordination meeting with design team in order to prepared the planning schedule for SD generation to meet construct working target. • Provide the combined services drawing for all MEP services to avoid services clashes • Have to solve any technical issue facing site team. • Review the materials submittal based on specification required. • Review Contractors Installation Program and maintain safety checks on site • Coordination with all other MEP sub -contractors during the preparation of shop drawings and installation of the Mechanical on site by assisting the Mechanical supervise the installation of all Mechanical system insuring compliance with design /shop drawing contract specification and all relevant codes & criteria. • Quality assurance for the Mechanical construction works to ensure compliance with contract design specification, international code and good installation practices. • Monitor the progress of Mechanical commissioning works (HVAC, Plumping, fire protection, BMS) to ensure that the works were completed in specified time and quality. • Supervise mechanical drainage and plumbing works, HVAC system installation including equipment MSD integration and interfacing with BMS fire protection system installation. • Check all the services which are installed before handling over to the consultant • Supervise the erection of equipment • Manage activities related to domestic water, plumbing sewage, fuel hydrant system and firefighting system installation. • Providing exist subcontractors and equipment which necessary to finish work on time • Provide progress report on mechanical installation according to concepts of engineering and quality Prepare documents related to the above mentioned scope of work to be submitted to the employer • Close the snag list works for all the mechanical services.
