Consultant Electrical Engineer- ElevatorsFull Time

• Job Details:DAMMAM Housing Projet--Saudia * Mitsubishi lifts- New Erection Duplex , 3VF , 20 floors, 2000 kg , 1.75 m/s………………………………………………….……………… ……(64 unites) . 1-Supervise projects from start to final handover to client and maintenance throughout the installation process 2-Follow up the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site solutions within budget. 3- Regularly undergoes site inspection visits to check the status of the electromechanical tasks of the project and make sure it complies with the time frame .----- - 4- Reviews through a check list all the items/deliverables of the project and make sure it complies with the -----standards and the specifications, and determine any deviation off the specification . 5-Oversee quality and safety (TBT & FPA ) matters on the site , and ensure that regulations are adhered to.— * Westinghouse passenger lifts--- Maintenance Supervising and following up daily , Duplex , 3VF , 20 floors , 2000 kg , 1.75 m/s…………………………………………….(98 unites) 1-Monitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan and regularly updating the plan according to machine condition and history.---- 2- Supervises , analyses , evaluates , and reports elevators equipment and systems performance. 3-Ensuring the spare parts availability by follow up purchasing all required spare parts and maintenance ----- . 4-Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of service and quality -, and all audit non-conformances. 5-Ensuring minimizing the breakdowns by minimizing the response time and reaching the optimum solution in time

Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Project : management, planning ,manpower, scheduling , commisioning , approval and progress reports for elevators & escalators. 2-Day to day management of direct reports to ensure optimum performance of the team. 3- Ensure installation activities in line with project line table , M/C room and hoistway dimensions ,scaffolding , barricades ,and lighting are matching exactly company work shop drawing. 4-Ensure Materials stored in a good place and safely. 5-Follow up technicians at sites (daily) and make sure that persnnal tools is valid date and safety equipments (full harness) is usable and achieved correctly . 6-TBT (tool box talk) 24 pcs and JHA, is carried out every two weeks. 7-FPA (fatality prevention audit ) is self inspection for technicians at site and carried out every month. 8-Attend regular meeting with consultant and P.M at site to ensure satisfactory project handing over and achievemenet of project milestones and obtain customer satisfaction
