• Job Details:• Reporting • Preparing different financial report for various departments to satisfy different requirements. • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. • Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. • Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors. • Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. • Accounting • Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that aligns with the accounting department’s goals. • Distribute work and ensure it is completed in a timely manner • Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members • Monitor processing of invoices, manage and review daily postings, recordings and allocations to ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law. • Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles • Working on Oracle Program • The supervision of the application of the ERP system for Receivables account and to provide proposals and solutions to some of the problems and communicate with other departments for this subject. • Taxation • Prepare and submit deduction and adding Taxes, Value added Taxes and Withholding Taxes. • Examine records of departments to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws, makes recommendations. • Tax authority communications. • Preparing Customers tax letters for tax authority and customer requisition. • Recording on tax authority website sales, purchasing invoices and printing VAT form monthly. • Banking • Recalculating bank interests (debit & credit) according to the agreements with banks. • Review journal entries and bank reconciliations monthly.
