• Job Details:Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments. Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. Evaluate budgets and expenditures. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements. Plan repair work using maintenance manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings and blueprints. Inspect equipment routinely to make sure the proper maintenance is being done on all equipment. Keep detailed records of the repairs done on each individual machine so there is a single source detailing which equipment is in need of maintenance and which equipment has recently been serviced. Order supplies, parts and equipment from suppliers to make sure that workers have the needed resources to complete current and upcoming projects. Determine how to correct mechanical problems by referring to blueprints, parts catalogs and repair manuals whenever major problems arise. Implement company policies and national law regarding road transport, fleet maintenance the safety and operation of fleet vehicles. The safety and performance of external maintenance contractors. Ensure that vehicle, plant and equipment maintenance and servicing programs are systematically implemented and thoroughly performed. That all vehicles, plant and equipment meet the technical and legal specifications required by Azerbaijan law and company policy. Ensure drivers and operators are qualified and trained to operate the vehicles they are assigned to. Perform and control any fleet management related and administrative duties including GPS and other daily reports, vehicle servicing schedules and drivers working hours. Promote and practice respect, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and to any local regulations and laws, which may be in effect in the area of operations. Ensure all staff comply with and operate to HSE standards, policies and work instructions. Observe safe working practices. Correct obvious hazards immediately or report to Party Chief if not immediately correctable. Operate in a professional manner and to maintain good relationship with contractors and colleagues
