Conducted leakage testing on welded joints of underground firefighting pipes to ensure integrity and compliance with safety and quality standards. Conducted inspections of fire line markings and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Reviewed and verified work permits, ensuring compliance with safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of workers on-site. Prepared and maintained an up-to-date snag report, tracking outstanding issues and ensuring timely resolution as work progressed. Reviewed drawings to ensure proper execution on-site, making necessary corrections based on as-built conditions to ensure alignment with project requirements. Conducted comprehensive site visits with the project manager to review and evaluate ongoing construction activities. Prepared and managed professional correspondence to address site-related issues, including follow-up and reminder emails, to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with contractors. Engaged in daily client interactions to understand and interpret their requirements, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives. Participated in weekly online meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to discuss project progress, & address concerns.
