• Job Details:- Submit Baseline using P6, monitoring the project progress. - Highlighting and solving problems that may or will cause a delay. - prepare and submit the claims. - preparing cash flow chart with a financial plan for the project - Discussing the s-curve - reporting to the operation manager with weekly reports, bi-weekly and monthly. - Presenting the reports in PowerPoint BI format. - Also, reporting a dashboard bi-weekly for each project. - Attending all meetings - Monitoring the progress of the project (site- drawings - materials - procurement- documents - claims)
