• Job Details:Joined a graduate development program which is mainly about rotations in all different HR functions (HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment) focusing on a project at the OD department (Career Path Project), and I went two rotations in marketing department (Brand Communication and Events). By the end of the year I landed back at the Talent and OD department. Currently i am working on all OD projects from scratch on headcount 20,000 employees.
