• Job Details:Review and supervise cash management, including cash handling and cheques accounting. Review customer and supplier accounts before issuing and sending them. Review customs certificates related to the release of goods from the port and follow up with the customs clearance officer until goods are released. Coordinate with the customs clearance officer from the arrival of goods until their release from the port. Review incoming customs certificates, calculate costs associated with goods and customs clearance, and report these costs. Provide cost reports including purchase prices and currency rates to calculate the profit margin after comparing market prices. Assist the accounting manager in closing the financial statements and year-end accounts. Follow up with banks on currency management paperwork and ensure the issuance of form 4 for importing goods. Submit paperwork related to currency management to settle debts with suppliers.
