- Job Details:• Reception Duties: - Ensure visitors will be serviced properly. - Ensure incoming calls will be handled promptly. - Arrange the distribution of incoming mail accurately and quickly, etc. • Secretarial Duties: - Deliver effective secretarial support, e.g. correspondence, general administrative activities (In & out faxes, emails & courier). - Developing the administrative process in an effective way, contributing to shareholder results by reducing costs whenever possible. - Responsible administrative work related to RMI Training Courses (customer bookings, reservations, preparations of requested sheets, etc.) - Typing of offers in local currency prepared by account owners. - Organizing & filling the company's Correspondences. - Follow up with staff their schedule and plans. - Booking Flight tickets and hotel accommodations when needed. - Dealing with Medical Insurance Company on behalf of staff. - Dealing with Customs Clearance companies to handle company's cargo & shipments. - Making needed Excel Sheets for staff (Seminars' Reports, QD's, Proforma Invoices Register) - Keep record of stationery of the office and purchase needed items.
