- Job Details:I had assisted my mentors and entitled as TSE (Technical Support Engineer) Assistant. Established Lv1 - 2 Troubleshooting to Agents / clients and bosses. Setup meeting resources. Installation and assisting network troubleshooting. Doing daily Pro - Active reports for Ticket handling, issue summaries, and most encountered hardware / software / application issue. Being TSE Assistant gave me so much knowledge on how to handle hardware and application issue/s with initial troubleshooting and/or best practices.
