• Job Details:• Sending local enquires to suppliers , getting quotes and quoting sales team in turn • Cross checking Purchase orders forwarded by the sales team and Getting rates from the procurement department ( out of country purchases ) • checking orders Placed with both local and out of country suppliers • Arranging payments if credit terms not applicable with the supplier • Following up and crosschecking the order confirmation and getting the discrepancies clarified and updated by ordering team • Deciding and confirming the freight agent • Following up with the vessel arrival and the Delivery order • Logging into Dubai trade and clearing the shipment online via Mirsal II • Booking inspection if required from Dubai Customs via Mirsal II • Arranging token and other charges online if FCL • Preparing weekly Reports on order and shipment status • Getting material receipts report from the warehouse and cross checking it with the order placed • Updating the ERP system with the materials received along with the expenses • Analyzing the delivery date and following up with suppliers and freight agents to deliver the ordered items before time. • Effective use of ERP system

Purchase and Inventory Controlling SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Maintaining stock and placing orders for production. • Monitoring stock reports and placing orders. • Preparing purchase orders. • Coordinating with suppliers for deliveries. Receiving deliveries. • Following up and updating the delivery details and status of ordered items. • Sourcing new suppliers locally. • Doing surprise physical cross checking in the finished goods store • Carrying out effective negotiation on prices, comparisons with existing prices, terms of payment and delivery etc. • Product sourcing, organising samples • Maintain effective relationship with existing suppliers and establishing new business networks. • Coordinating with store regarding stock and requirements • Updating and maintaining the stock register (Manual and Excel). • Randomly cross checking production report with physical stock • Making comparative reports of quotations. • Following up and updating the delivery details and status of ordered items.

Sales Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:• Assisting & guiding team members to achieve target and creating greater awareness and appeal of STATE BANK OF INDIA Credit Cards In Mumbai • Finding and opening of new areas for the team to work • Inspire and motivate the team members to do more sales and thereby increase the total volume of branch sales • Evaluating the team members’ Daily Sales Report which helps to track and guide them Easing out and solving the concerns/problems of the customers thereby helping to maintain a good and fruitful relation between the customer, staff and the organization.
