• Job Details:• Conduct one to one business coaching sessions in order to develop their performance. • Support in formulating an employment officer procedure handbook. (This training program is conducted in cooperation with GIZ Egypt) • Manage employment officer certification project. (IHK – Frankfurt / Oder / Germany) • Perform the needs assessment for training and staff development. • Work with the ODM to develop a capacity building plan for each member of the team. • Designs, develops, coordinates, implements and delivers in-house training programs that support organization objectives and align with the organization’s operational plan • Establishes training standards and provides quality assurance for training activities • Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the organization. • Design & manage the new process for individual development.

Senior TrainerFull Time

• Job Details:• Deliver Job preparation training program. • Redesign training material to meet the needs of job seekers. • Follow up trained job seeker employment status. • Play a role of career guidance with our job seekers. • Create trainers development program to improve training skills.

Senior Trainer Full Time

• Job Details:• Design & develop material for soft skills courses. • Review and combine between core competencies and training needs assessment through job descriptions to extract key learning points. • Develop and create internal resources for training and modify existing materials. • Arrange with mangers' of all sites about times, materials and needs of training. • Responsible for training programs in the areas of Communication, Team Building, problem solving, goal orientation...Etc.
