• Job Details:I satellite manage operations for 9 ladies fashion outlets across 5 locations in the city of Doha, Qatar. There are a total of three brands whom I look after which are Wallis, Miss Selfridge & Evans brands. I undertake all training for workers as well as recruiting new talent in the market. I am responsible for managing KFR reports for my AOR and ensuring that costs are controlled. I am responsible for audit and stocktake for my stores and putting the necessary measures in place and enforcing them to ensure that KPI's are met. I have also been appointed as stock take champion within the market in Qatar which involves monitoring other brands stock takes in absence of their operations manager.I also ensure that all visual and brand instructions are implemented as per guidelines.
