• Job Details:Facilities Maintenance &Supply; Chain Manager EARADAT TRANSPORT CO - Saudi Arabia Reported to - Executive Director. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1- Providing leadership and directions for the supply chain and procurement activities required to support efficient operations and meet our company with the Aramco standard requirements. 2- Developing a strategy and the business plan. Managing the strategy execution and control department's annual budget. 3- Reviewing all periodic performance reports prepared by Division Heads and consolidating the Department's performance report to advise respective VP on the progress of all work under his control. 4- Managing and monitoring the department's projects and programs to achieve set performance targets and objectives. 5- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders. 6- Meeting with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, providing performance feedback, and discuss production forecasts and changes. 7- Analyzing inventories to determine how to optimize inventory turnovers, reduce waste, and optimize customer service. 8- Defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of the organization's factors such as product cost and quality. 9- Implementing new or improve the current supply chain processes. 10- Managing activities related to strategic and tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, and warehousing. from August 2011 – march 2014 Project Quality Manager EARADAT TRANSPORT CO - Saudi Arabia I’m the one of the 1st team for starting point of huge project with Saudi Aramco Oil Co. our company responsibility for transportation all employees of Saudi Aramco. We start for Set and manage the Plans and the project mobilization, Identifying resources & needed for Preparing 13 workshop of Buses, Garage, Stores and Accommodation (Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, power systems, Air systems, and Bus workshop Equipment). Inspection and receipt Bus prototype and more than 500 Buses from Mercedes at Germany. To unsure the Buses meet Aramco contract requirements.
