• Job Details:• Handling complex projects and driving the IT strategy across the entire office. • Be the point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement. • Structuring and optimizing IT processes, project planning, timelines, schedules, and budgeting for successful project execution. • Follow up payments according to signed agreements. • Assign resources and ensure their compliance and compatibility. • Responsible of analyzing the different bids and choose the best. • Coordinating, negotiating, and communicating with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of services. • Manage different partners within the project. • Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team to achieve their full potential and providing guidance in situations of high ambiguity. • Focusing on the IT architecture of the Project, covering software protocols, packages, hardware selection, and proprietary system design. • Work with the team to document implementation scope into customer Statements of Work, deliverables and milestones, budget, SLAs, maintenance, and support expectations. • Manage project scope, change management/scope changes, and manage customer expectations. • Ensuring the project meets internal and external customer requirements. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and analyze project execution risks. • Make management aware of potential issues or customer escalations and provide updates on performance. • Prepare, maintain, and submit activity progress reports, project status reports to customers, management team, sales team and all internal/external stakeholders in accordance with published procedures. • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders. • Providing Financial Management and input for revenue forecast for large and complex projects. • Management of on-time delivery of product integrations and interfaces per the planned scope, including oversight of product enhancements and technical problem solving to enable successful implementation. • Closing out with customer once we deliver our services and handing over to CS.

Sales Engineer AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:• Full solution design/size for Dell EMC products based on performance and capacity. • Technical quotation for Dell EMC products. • Technical drawing to map the data center layout with new proposed solutions. • Respond to RFP documents. • Answering technical questions about Dell EMC products. • Assist in writing proposals & technical documentation. • Deliver all tasks & projects to the field within defined SLAs and Quality measurements. • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements. • Proactively work on business initiatives to enhance processes. • Logging of requests via Salesforce to provide accurate tracking of activities around various Sales and Presales requests.
