• Job Details:Started as E-Commerce Technical Advisor, under "JSC MEA – Alibaba Global Partner “GSP – Global Service Partner" - Act as a Main Point of Contact in matters relating to client concerns and needs - Build and Strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships with clients - Support customers during and after the implementation of their Alibaba Mini-Site - Work with Sales Team to develop Client Service Plans - Certified and trained to use CRM (Orion) to input client data, create monthly reports, create payment orders, and issue payment invoices - Diagnosis and Analysis of Client Accounts on Alibaba.com using the CRM to determine the clients’ performance and provide diagnosis-based recommendations to improve the performance of these accounts - Develop a thorough understanding of Alibaba Products and Services to provide Service Offering to better upsell to clients. - Coordinate between JSC MEA and Alibaba’s International Business Unit (GSD) - Coordinate between JSC MEA and Alibaba’s Operation Center Department - Handle Client requests which are not limited to JSC MEA’s services with Ali Global B2B Partners to ensure client requirements are met - Handle, coordinate, and take the lead for Alibaba’s Onboarding Services o Online Store Set-up o Product Posting o Smart Showcase and Keyword Advertising - Handle, coordinate, and take the lead for JSC MEA’s Value Added Services o E-Commerce Product Photography (Photoshoots, Art Direction, Photo-Editing, etc....) o Manage outsourced Media Agents
