• Job Details:Key Responsibilities • Act as the main responsible for Risk, Quality and sustainability in the hotel. 1- Risk Management and Quality Management • Act as an Internal Auditor for all Quality standards and risk related issues (Crisis & incidents, Food safety, Fire safety- construction & systems, Security, Leisure & Fitness center Safety, Health & safety including guest safety) in different departments. • Act as a coordinator for External audits that takes place either from the government, the management company, the owning company, auditing companies or our business partners' audits. • Work with Heads of Departments to ensure regular risks are identified and Risk assessments are conducted for each area of risk in every department. • Help ensure risk management policies, Brand Safety Standards and standard operating procedures "SOPs", quality guidelines and local regulations are fully understood, implemented and maintained by all relevant management and staff members. • Review and analyze guest reviews, and work on improving the quality through structured plans. • Responsible for putting and ensuring that the resulting hotel Risk Management / Quality management Action Plans clearly identifies the issues, responsibilities and timelines necessary to resolve any issue. • Work with Heads of Department to identify and establish audit procedures and ensure due diligence and those on-the-job self-assessments and checks are carried out. • Put the Hotel risk management Training and development plans and ensure relevant trainings are conducted. 2- Sustainability • Responsible for the “Responsible Business” and Environmental Green Engage programs in the hotel. • Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Annual analysis of the hotel consumption of energy and calculate the carbon emissions. • Put the Action Plan and budget for achieving Sustainability and reduce carbon emissions • Work with the management team and the Go Green committee to find environmental friendly solutions • Act as an internal auditor for sustainability related issues
