• Job Details:• Deliver of a range of agreed examinations services to clients and customers in accordance with corporate guidelines and examining body regulations; • Checking documentation for completeness and payments; • Perform assigned pre and post-test tasks and procedures in as per schedule; • Assist colleagues in related exam venue set-ups, scheduling of venue staff, and relevant orientation and trainings • Data entry; • Managing dispatches (e.g. boxes); • Communicate with customers, examining boards, vendors (eg. DHL, …) and being responsive to inquiries over the phone or the emails; • Handling complaints; • Provide a professional service that is in line with current legislation and best practice; • Adhere to Quality and Compliance Assurance (QCA) standards and its requirements at all times. Strict adherence to exam security and administration requirements is an essential part of the job.

• Job Details:Guiding locals and foreigners around the library. Showing them the Library's projects, contributions and services. In addition to admin work as translating documents from English to Arabic or vice versa.
