• Job Details:• Creating collaboratively new PYP UOIs’ transdisciplinary themes with the grade-level team members, the PYP coordinator, and administration. • Creating an environment that models the IB learner profile and IB attitudes and inquiry-based instruction. • Using a wide range of instructional approaches to differentiate instruction in order to maximize student learning. • Providing a healthy environment for students to grow academically, emotionally, and socially. • Regularly collaborating with the principal, staff, and parents regarding academic information about each student. • Encouraging ATL skills with students by presenting them with real-world through interdependence topics. • Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet students' different needs and interests. • Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to discuss the children's progress. • Creating an enjoyable and interesting learning environment for the students.
