Monitor and request hardware and software installation to schools and the provision of technical support to schools. Monitor the implementation of Corporate Service Schedule. Advise schools on cost effective Internet solutions, hardware and software. Act as a liaison between schools and service providers (both internally and externally). Participate in the introduction and assessment of technological specialized projects to schools.

• Job Details:Managing the roll-out of the Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) POS & ERP System. Implementation, Support and Training of in-house systems and applications. Purchasing of all IT equipment, hardware and software and Asset Management. Remote and onsite support of stores. Supporting Marcel's franchisees in all POS & ERP related matters. Hardware, software and network setup, installation, configuration, support and maintenance. Managing all IT and Telecoms related contracts. Using SQL queries to retrieve relevant product information and sales data to ascertain and maintain data integrity.

Support ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:Running and managing the company's help-desk. Telephonic and remote support for Pastel Evolution, Pastel Partner and the Omnipos point of sale system. Maintenance of clients databases using SQL 2005 & 2008, Teamviewer (remote desktop software) and management studio for SQL programming. Writing SQL queries to analyse client databases and using SQL scripts to manipulate and correct errors. Hardware and software installation, configuration and support. Certified as a Pastel Evolution Practitioner for Evolution Version 6 (Evolution PCI Module 1). Certified as a Pastel Evolution Product Consultant for Evolution Version 6 (Evolution PCI Module 3).
