Conduct thorough reviews of all proposal drafts to ensure compliance with RFP guidelines, company standards, and industry best practices. Led proposal strategy sessions to define win themes, competitive differentiators, and value propositions that resonated with target audiences. Coordinated with subject matter experts to integrate innovative design solutions and technical specifications into proposals that met complex client requirements.
