• Job Details:Ensure implementation work procedure in the workplace and understood by subordinate with well. Ensure and review maintenance planning before submitted to the operation dept so that going well and effectively and quality in its implementation. Ensure healthness unit floating crane is always maintained to achieve the target of production. Perform people development to support the implementation of maintenance concept is performed well. Lead internal meeting to discuss maintenance planning and solving problems faced.

Maintenance Superintendent

• Job Details:Manage all lifting equipment and ensure them in good condition through inspection for certification and load test process before release them to the normal operation. Ensure all system devices to the lifting equipment in good condition included LMI configuration. Ensure maintenance concept implementation correctly based on manufacture standard and procedure. Ensure safety procedure is implemented perfectly by subordinates or team involved.

Maintenance Superintendent - Auxiliary Equipment

• Job Details:Develop and implemented maintenance strategies consist of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance with followed as company standard and procedures. Keep the mechanical availability including monitoring and evaluate mechanical availabilities, break down stoppages, mechanical to repair, service accuracy and schedule maintenance.
