Prepare monthly and quarterly reports about the whole process conducted by the product department. Design and build a new structure for KPIs and work flow process of the department. Build and maintain B2B partnerships between our agency and other agencies worldwide. Making deals and maintaining competitive prices than the current local market. Cultivate and source new offline and online suppliers.
