• Job Details:Collaborating on oil and gas projects for Saudi Aramco, extending expertise in the oil and gas industries. Developed WinCC graphics for NEOM GTAM projects & devised IO list on the basis of P&IDs of the NEOM GTAM project. Developed WinCC graphics for multiple bulk plants, enhancing visualization and control capabilities. Designed the hardware of GTAM project for the demo and ensured the compatibility of the hardware. Developed PLC programs in the bulk plant updates. Tested graphics integration with the automation station, ensuring seamless operation. Expanded skill set to include PCS 7, S7-400, and Siemens SCADA system. Tested the hardware testing including the redundant I/Os and visual inspection of the bulk plant. Performed the power & heat calculation of the NEOM water treatment project.

• Job Details:Devised health assessment tool for assessing the health of the ATR & PTR in compliance with the IEEE C57.12.90 & IEEE C57.152 -2013 & IEEE C57.12.91. Carried out operation & maintenance activities of MV switchgear including preventive maintenance, testing, installation and troubleshooting of Siemens, ABB, and Schneider Electric switches. Coordinated with Hitachi experts for overhauling of 220kV Hitachi make GIS system. Working knowledge of gas insulated substation (GIS) and hybrid insulated system with troubleshooting experience of SF6 based 132 & 220 kV circuit breakers. Performed inspection & FAT of panels, switchgear & transformers, and auxiliary panels. Responsible for condition monitoring of EHV and HV grids (AIS, GIS & HIS) equipment.
