• Job Details:Examination Officer: Prepared for and administered all internal and external examinations in liaison with Gombe State Ministry of Education, West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO), ensured all entries were processed and accurately base on the examination guidelines; organized timetable in accordance with the general timetable of the External Examination bodies; liaised with the principal in designing invigilating rota for staff in all examinations; brief students on examination procedures and produce guidelines for staff and students; issue examination papers to invigilators, served as intermediary between the school and examination bodies; provided a pre and post examination training on testing, test administration and scoring to teachers/invigilators before examinations; managed the invigilation team, including assigning and monitoring their performances and dealing with any problems that may arise during and after examinations; report the achievement and otherwise recorded at the end of each term or external examination to the school board of directors. I supervised teachers and assigned them into respective invigilation days. 24 teachers worked with me in conducting the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations, National Secondary Certificate Examinations and state mock examinations. Biology Teacher: Prepared and delivered engaging biology lessons and practical to students of years 10 – 12; monitored student performance, and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques to improve content delivery; set up examinations, assessments and experiments in accordance with the WAEC and NECO minimum standards; represented the school at conferences, workshops in the state, especially science related completions; monitored the activities of science club of the school.
