• Job Details:- Set the overall design direction for projects, ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand’s vision, mission, and strategy. - Review and approve design concepts, mockups, and final outputs, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables. - Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. - Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials. - Create design systems and reusable assets that can be applied across various campaigns and marketing materials. - Translate business objectives into creative design solutions, ensuring that the designs serve strategic marketing and communication goals. - Develop innovative and impactful design concepts for advertising, digital marketing, social media, and other branding materials. - Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and photographers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. - Source and oversee external designers when additional support is needed. - Address feedback and make revisions to designs in a way that maintains creative integrity while meeting client or stakeholder demands. - Lead the design and execution of both digital and print assets, ensuring that all materials meet technical requirements for production. - Oversee the creation of print materials, such as brochures, billboards, and direct mail, ensuring high-quality output. - Optimize internal processes for file management, collaboration, and project tracking to ensure a smooth design workflow. - Provide expert consultation to clients on design best practices, helping them understand how creative solutions can drive business success. - Lead the creation of visually compelling presentations and pitches for internal stakeholders, clients, and partners. - Ensure that presentations are not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with the brand’s messaging and objectives.
