• Job Details:• Carries out supervision, coaching, monitoring, reviewing and disciplining of all agents • Prepares and directs scheduling, monitors operators’ attendance & schedules shifts. • Holding the technical interview & training for the newcomers. • Attends, follows up & resolves customer complaints. • Set clear team goals and KPIs. • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports. • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices. • Answers team member questions, monitor their productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
