• Job Details:Provide oversight and coordination of operations for WHO IT infrastructure in Malawi. Coordinate with WHO field offices, provide remote management, periodic onsite support, and oversight of WHO Malawi information systems. Manage staff across multiple WHO locations in Malawi, provide in-house training/assistance to staff on usage of IT equipment and programs, assist in the design and implementation of database applications and other computer programs.

• Job Details:Provide input during project planning and requirements phase. First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end users. Respond to level I support requests, diagnose client problems, assist clients with recovery issues, and document problem status and resolution.

ICT Operations Support and Messaging Services Officer

• Job Details:Maintain accounts, provide end user devices, user support, and liaison for network and wireless connectivity. Provide software and business applications support, and produce statistical and management reports.
