Job responsibilities: ● Job analysis and jobs redesign consultation for the project management department. ● Set a structured design for a complete training program for entry-level and intermediate localization project managers. ● Tailored the training program content, through mapping the project management principles with the translation projects' best practices. ● Conducted 15-hours of an online live course, for 20 international project managers and account managers. Outcomes: A Crafted guidebook that explained localization project management (LPM) from 3 different perspectives: (1) LPM as a Science: Covering the solid knowledge. (2) LPM as an Art: Focusing on leadership and communication skills. (3) LPM as a Profession: A hands-on lab simulation for practical application.
