Quality and Packing Manager

• Job Details:Perform inline and PSI inspections for a wide variety of product types. Review and check emails daily to receive inspection documents. Conduct inspections in accordance with company procedures and client requirements, ensuring professional communication with suppliers. Communicate with customers regarding samples, production comments, and new development projects, analyzing their feedback and comments. Collaborate with the design team to develop well-fitting garments and introduce new constructions. Ensure all products meet the quality and fit standards required by customers. Verify that product specifications are accurate and work within the critical path to ensure timely delivery. Conduct size set samples or pilot run samples and lead pre-production meetings to review technical points and address workmanship issues. Meet buyer requirements for sample schedules. Develop the sampling department by introducing new projects. Ensure quality standards are maintained. Perform fit, PPS (pre-production samples), and buyer samples, taking measurements and inspecting them for quality, pattern accuracy, and resolving fitting or workmanship issues.

Quality Manager - Final Product

• Job Details:Ensure products meet standards for fit, durability, and finish by inspecting fabrics, threads, and embroidery for defects. Manage the quality control team and train new staff on inspection procedures. Monitor quality metrics and provide reports with recommendations for process improvements.
