MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR – CONTROLLED SUSPENSION EUROPEFull Time

• Job Details:Schedule, plan, and prioritize projects for 3 teams of Manufacturing Engineers, Yearly planning and execution of the business goals for the team members, Cost estimation, budgeting and Timing preparation for projects. Budget & quality control for projects. Direct cooperation with Production Plant Management and Global Manufacturing Engineering Group. Verification of manufacturing process specifications and requirements, contributing ideas and concepts, Develop & implement new technologies to the manufacturing process in line with Lean principles as well as transfer of them to production plants, Process improvement ideas verification and implementation, Verification of necessary studies to assure compatibility of process capability with design and Lean concept requirements.

MANUFACTURING ENGIEERING TEAM LEADER – CONTROLLED SUSPENSION EUROPEFull Time

• Job Details:Creation and Verification of manufacturing process specifications and requirements, Initiate, lead and perform process analysis (e.g., PFMEA, Design for Manufacture/Assembly), Coordination and implementation process development projects, Coordination of cooperation with other departments within TCK in terms of manufacturing engineering responsibility, Participation in cost estimating, Coordination of the release of AR’s for equipment and tooling, Development & implementation of new technologies to the manufacturing process as well as transfer of them to plants, Implementation of lean manufacturing principles to all aspects of the process manufacturing equipment insuring quality, safety, capacity and high value added operations, Cooperation with Industrial Engineers in building the cell moke-up and workstation, Initiate and perform necessary studies to assure compatibility of process capability with design requirements, Participation in Bill of Process Team workshops and Manufacturing System Design worksops.
