Key Achievements: • Liaised with the client, Project Managers, and key stakeholders to address and resolve any arising issues and challenges. • Collaborated successfully with a Chinese Contractor despite language barriers and corrected many discrepancies in contractual payment amounts to the satisfaction of all parties.

QS managerFull Time

• Job Details:PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEY MANAGER (Oct 2014 to Jan 2018) Coordinated a team of 24 Quantity Surveyors selected to deliver monthly IPA and IPC and liaised with the Procurement, Planning, and Technical departments to compile, submit, and negotiate order variations. • Cultivated strong collaborative relationships to promote cohesion to a fractured department and resolved 35 claims that had been outstanding for three years. • Took on role as Contracts Manager in addition to other works due to experience. • Spearheaded various prospective and business development initiatives and achieved record levels of income for the company. • Worked with the interior design team for the finishes and showcases for the exhibition areas. • Oversaw the timely preparation of monthly PFA and progress reports in addition to officiating daily meetings with PMC and the client. • Worked with the Dispute Resolution Board to resolve complex contractual disputes.
