- Job Details:Key responsibility:- - Talent acquisition and recruitment processes. - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. - On-boarding and conducting orientation sessions. - Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes. - Update and maintain company organizational structure, internal policy and job descriptions to ensure effective updated identification of responsibilities, objectives, requirements and competencies of the functions. - Design training programs for the employees to enhance the performance. - Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips. - Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments. - reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. - Responsible for the performance management process.
