Schedule zoom interviews with the shortlisted qualified candidates. Deliver the best candidates and coordinate interviews between them and the hiring company. Making confirmation calls before the interview and Informing the candidates with their feedback. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring.

• Job Details:• Change, Cancel and Refund flights, according to it's rules and regulations. • Communicating with customers through Chats and Emails in order to resolve their complaints & problems aiming for customer satisfaction. • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
