• Job Details:Major accomplishments: - Creates Shop Drawings on (ASD) for all elements such as (footing, semmelles, columns, frames, slabs, beams, tranche, retaining walls, cores and shear walls for these projects: (Olympic stadium, Electricity rooms, Tank, Villas, Church) and extract (BBS( from shop drawings and make quantity survey for reinforcement and make cutting list on (Cutting Optimization) to reduce wastage. - Make the coordination of the drawings between different disciplines and assist site engineers clarifying and resolving any technical problem that could arise during the construction caused by designs. - Check design in some elements and make a proposal to the consultant. - Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction. - Creates Bill of quantities for the mentioned projects. - Work on the cost estimation for the projects. - Make Quantity Surveying for concrete and finishing in all the projects. - Creates time schedule and creates invoices for sub-contractors and owner. - Writing and sending the reports and emails for owner and consultant. - Work as a (Q.C) in the supervising on site.
