• Job Details:• Oversee the plant Industrial Engineering function to maximize productivity, efficiency and capacity, while minimizing cost. • Lead the factory integration and quick changeover process to minimize bucket loss in the production process by ensuring that pre-preparation activities take place as per the plan. • Ensure the effective coordination with planning and merchandising teams to make sure the optimum plant loading is done to maximize productivity and incentive outflow. • Ensure measures are taken to validate the SMVs (GSD based) and consumption given to the manufacturing process are feasible. • Connect with simultaneous engineering team to maximize productivity, in line with the production engineering principles. • Monitor and drive the skill development by liaising with technical training and production teams by ensure execution of required trainings and monitor the status via periodic skill reviews. • Responsible for the implementation and the progress of the special projects (dancing module, chassisbased planning, machine uberization, continuous flow, Lean phase) of the plant to generate expected business results. • Ensure continuous improvement of the operation through lean and industrial engineering principles and related tools to maximize the utilization of man, material, method & machine. • Implementing safety protocols and continuously evaluating processes to minimize risks to personnel and equipment. • Utilizing data analytics and statistical methods to gather insights and make informed decisions about process improvements. • Overseeing projects related to process improvement, cost reduction initiatives, or the introduction of new technologies. • Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure the effective co-ordination of the sewing function in order to produce garments of the required quality and performance levels to meet production targets and on time delivery. • Ensure the effective coordination with planning and merchandising teams to make sure the optimum plant loading is done to maximize productivity and incentive outflow. • Ensure compliance standards of the organization are met in line with the legal requirements and customer standards, to ensure a healthy, safe and secure working environment for all the employees. • Ensure continuous improvement of the operation through lean principles and related tools. • Ensure expenses are within the budgeted cost, while managing material consumption, overtime and control the overall cost of the production value stream. • Closely monitor the factory integration and QCO processes to ensure minimal bucket loss to the operation • Take suitable measures to ensure the development of the subordinates via coaching and skill development.
