• Job Details:- Recruiting my Team's sales force. - Training employees on performing full demonstration about insurance, explaining & clarifying the customer's need to insurance & all about the specifications & components of this service. -Follow up with existing clients. -Field support for the new-hired agents in my unit. - Presenting daily, weekly, and monthly reports about the performance of each member in my unit, total demonstrations, total paid certifications, and number of new business obtained. - Daily morning meeting with my team reviewing yesterday's performance and dealing with each and every single obstacle or shortage committed or faced each member and fixing it side by side with a daily training on the demonstration.
