• Job Details:Receiving the customer(reservation confirmed), Reviewing vehicle's history, Registering customer's vehicle complaint & Additional works & Periodic maintenance on SAP Program, Printing vehicle's job order that contain on maintenance items & Estimation cost and Promised vehicle's delivery time and Filling in vehicle’s checking form (walk-around) then verifying of complaint during receipt and Providing proper required repair with leaving what the workshop engineer sees before entering the vehicle to workshop - following up the vehicle repair with workshop engineer - following up implementation of spare part warranty policy - following up with customer after they receive their vehicle to avoid any complaint
