Operations SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Main activities and responsibilities : - Supervise all of NOV GABON field activities and report on a daily basis on equipment and personnel status and customers requirements. - Attend daily customers meetings in Port Gentil (Total and Perenco), to follow operations progress on different drilling sites (4 Onshore and 4 Offshore drilling sites), and receive customers’ requirements. - Plan, prepare and follow shipments of equipment, consumables and dangerous good from/to NOV Port Gentil base with consideration of special logistics means in GABON (Pirogues, barges, surfers…). - Prepare shipping documents as per NOV standards, customers’ requirements and Gabon legal requirements. - Control consumables and dangerous good packing, classification, storage, handling, and transportation as per material safety data (MSDS). - Manage crew change on different Offshore / Onshore Rig sites. - Liaise closely with the country manager to ensure that ongoing operational issues are met in a prompt and efficient manner. - Control and equipment inspection certificates (lifting certificates, electrical check certificates, MPI certificates, Load test certificates, Pressure certificates, Waterproof certificates...). - Carryout regular toolbox talks, safety meetings and distribute any new technical or safety memo’s to GABON personnel.

Logistics SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:- Own and drive logistics operations process as per the company integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001) and in compliance with NOV policies. - Plan of resources (personnel and equipment) and interface with the department’s supervisors to establish workflow including projects startup dates, operating period, and cash flow management before each project. - Lead and perform material planning activities. - Report to the Regional Operations Manager in Dubai, on a weekly basis on equipment utilization and operating personnel status. - Schedule equipment and personnel movements and transport management between different points. - Crew change planning for engineers assigned to different drilling sites. - Manage unplanned and emergency logistics and operations requests. - Define, order and control 3PL supplier’s services. - Manage all 3PL contracts related to handling and transportation services. - Prepare all documents required for export or import formalities and customs clearance. - Liaise with public administrations on formalities and matters related to operations. - Book and monitor international freight for shipments from and to Tunisia Branch. - Spare-parts, consumables and screens monitoring to maintain stock level for all items. - Manage loading activities and plan all equipment and material handling activities. - Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system. - Maintain warehouse staff by selecting, training, coaching, counseling, monitoring and appraising job results. - Lead month-end close activities for the stocks, and report to the Regional Operations and Logistics Supervisor in Dubai. - Control the application of NOV QHSE policy and standards during logistics activity by : * Checking storage, handling, and transportation activities are established in safe manner. * Approving the journey management plans for each vehicle, one day before the journey. * Checking if 3PL providers are working in compliance with NOV QHSE standards. * Participating in Accident or incident reports and investigations. - Improve HSE level during all logistics operations.

Logistics responsibleFull Time

• Job Details:- The intervention in launching production orders by the expression of customer needs. - Monitoring of production schedules and ensuring deadlines set by clients. - Coordination with the production manager to fill production delays, and allocate all logistical means available in this reason. - The preparation of customer orders - Management of finished goods stocks: Keeping all stock movements overseeing - Supervising a team of 16 storekeepers. - Planning and organization of international transport. - Planning and scheduling of exports: Monitoring the delivery of the goods from Sfax to Le Havre - France. - Invoicing and account monitoring.
