Review and monitor periodic reconciliation of statements of accounts to ensure accuracy of balances. 9. Interacting and coordinating with Finance Department and prepare reports to the top management. 10. Represent Al sahraa Group in formal meetings with outside organizations on matters dealing with insurance queries. 11. Provide timely feedback on the performance of the staff and counsel them on how to enhance performance and address weaknesses. 12. Maintain strict confidentiality related to data records.
