I have successfully operated the warehouse variance free for two consecutive years as a Warehouse Co-coordinator/Inventory controller; this has never happened in the history of the company. I introduced a talent management session on a less busy day of the week for the warehouse staff to turn their weaknesses into assets for the team. This affected the team positively and attracted the attention of the other departments and some started attending the session. Resolved product issue through consumer testing.
