• Job Details:Duties: 1. Timely execution of jobs during shifts and general shifts. 2. Maintain detailed job/log book for executed jobs. 3. Conduct tool box talk. 4. Supervising the work of technicians and other engineers. 5. Planning and evaluating the construction project, consulting with other engineers and cooperate executives as necessary. 6. Guide technical staff engaged in material selection for Water Treatment plant construction. 7. Conduct test on finished products (raw water tank, demineralized water tank, Filter water tank, and welded pipes on pipe racks. 8. Assist in providing documentation, detailed instructions and drawings to explicitly give instruction on how devices , part equipment or structure to be fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified are used. 9. Reading and interpretation of piping and instrumentation diagrams. 10. Overhauling of centrifugal, positive displacement and vertical pumps for mechanical maintenance. 11. Mechanical maintenance of all mechanical equipment’s (blowers, pumps, scanner fans , cooling tower fans ) in the utility section of the fertilizer plant 12. Conducting of Look, Listen and Feel (LLF) for all rotating equipment’s 13. Pipe welding ( carbon steel and stainless steel) inspection 14. Raising of Permit To Work (PTW) for technicians and contractors and ensuring they Work safe
