• Job Details:o Review the revenue documents and follow up bank deposits and introduce journal entry into oracle accounting system. o Review expenditure documents and introduce journal entry. o Calculation of salaries and remittance of employees. o The calculation of the withholding taxes of goods, services and free professions (FORM 41). o Preparation of monthly closing reports .  Cash turnover rate.  bank balances and comparison of income from expenses.  withholding taxes Report .  Advance Payment Report.  Open Cash Book Report. o Follow up cash in treasury and review the books of Secretary of the Treasury compared to the general ledger and periodic inventory o Preparation of checks to suppliers after reviewing the invoices, orders of supply and minutes of examination and addition. o Preparation of payroll and monthly incentives and the preparation of bank transfers o Preparing social security statements and checks o Make validations with branches, review debts and prepare remittance restrictions to and from the branch o The annual inventory of all types of stores and the treatment of deficit and increase. o Prepare the balance sheet of the entity and review it with the Office of the Chartered Accountant. o Preparation of annual tax examination files and documents. o Review bank statements and compare them with the balances in the ledger account.
