Follow-up with consultant, subconsultant and contractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments Maintaining organized and detailed project records Hospital design. • Make room data sheet for all hospital departments. • Make room to room list for all hospital. • Send installation requirements for all technical department to work according on it. • Make specifications • Suppliers evaluation. • Make technical evaluations for the received offers. • Handling between operational and non-operational to meet the requirement. • Check the availability of these requirements in the list suppliers.
