• Job Details:Mange, support and guidance for:  Startup, commissioning and installation department.  After-sales service department (electrical)for Mitsubishi generators.  Electrical maintenance for HVAC (BMS, MCC and LCPs.)  Electrical spare parts for Generators and HVAC (chillers).  The annual budget and forecasting for the department.  Electricity distribution and pre-paid service includes Supply, install, operation and maintenance.  The sub-contractors of installation work.  Communication with MHI for all issues concerning the O&M.  Technical support for new service and operation contracts.  Delivering the gen sets as well the local supplied items.  The plan of the periodic visits to the clients to ensure that the scheduled maintenance already done according to the Mitsubishi recommendation.  POs for Mitsubishi Gen set's spare parts.  The warranty with the customers and MHI.  Technical support for generators as be authorized engineer by MHI.

Operation, Maintenance and Installation dept. Deputy ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Leading the team of:  Startup, commissioning and installation team.  Electrical Maintenance team  Preparing the electrical spare parts stock for gen sets and HVAC.  Electrical maintenance for HVAC (BMS, MCC and LCPs.)  Preparing the annual budget and forecasting for the department.  Follow up the electricity distribution service includes Supply, install, operation and maintenance of per paid meters.  Management of the Follow up the sub-contractors of installation work.  Follow up the deliveries of the gen sets as well as the local supplied items.  Responsible for electrical maintenance for ALL MHI GEN SETS  Responsible for Commissioning and start up for ALL MHI GEN SETS  Responsible for Identifying the needs of the Electrical spare parts for the Warehouse
