Example- Key achievements at American University in Cairo (2013-2019):  Led restructure of the office to increase efficiency which resulted in reducing total number of reporting directors from 7 to 4 directors (Procurement, Material Management, Printing and Copying services and travel & Visa section), as well as reducing total span of control from. 75 employees to 59 employees without impacting quality of service rendered,  Managed to secure needed funds to enrich students’ educational experience through reducing total cost of ownership of all types of supplies and services through eliminating fraud, abuse and raising the bar for procurement sourcing, tendering and identifying right strategy for each buying commodity,  stabilized overall purchase spending of AUC across 4 consecutive fiscal years in row (FY 2014-FY 2017), while reducing roll over value from one fiscal to another to the lowest ever in 30 years for 3 consecutive years.
