Responsible for providing engineering support for workshop activities to ensure that components and equipment is maintained and refurbished correctly.Manages the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Handling service contracts with suppliers and directing support services. Coordinates, monitors and improves field service activities. Ensures field’s services are effective and job is done on time. Familiar with manufacturer standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Heavy equipment service and maintenance.  Making sure all safety precautions are taken.  Carried out safety tests and recorded results on mechanical equipment and systems and recommending improvements.  Regularly making dimensional orientation and materials checks and comparisons.  Responsible for the plant and equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts. HVAC ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Supervise and direct a work force of 25 Lead Facility and Maintenance Technicians • Research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects. • Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters. • Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition • Conduct energy audits to identify where system and operational changes can be made to decrease the property’s energy consumption • Oversee annual service work on chillers cooling towers and pump systems to optimize operation of systems • Delivered technical assistance support and training to various work teams in order to increase the skills and capabilities of team members • Completed building evaluations and make recommendations so operational improvements can be incorporated • Provided oversight and quality control of work being performed • Utilized building design and construction techniques knowledge and blueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facade systems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for building preventive maintenance and repair • Performed mechanical design calculation such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, oil piping, drilling-fluid piping, etc. • Selection of materials for the pipes, fittings, valves and pneumatic actuators for OSVs as well as assisted in the procurement process • Diagnosed the existing issues based on field visits observation and calculations and modified to reduce frictional losses • Prepared a full report on the problem diagnosed and the solution used • Used International Plumbing Code (IPC) rule to calculate volume of potable water required • Selected water heaters and the hydrophore tanks • Surveyed construction site and modified initial piping system drawing
