Business Analyst – Robotic Process Automation

• Job Details:Responsible for implementing RPA solutions for the bank. Create architectural designs and handle the complete implementation cycle from PDD design to the go-live stage of the process. Design process flows, business architecture, enterprise architecture designs, data flows and technical architectures. Leading the team of business validation simultaneously for RPA. Led the end-to-end validation of around 200+ RPA processes for multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with quality standards. Ensure quality delivery, reduced development timelines, better compliance of processes, enhanced customer experience (business feedback) and overall, we achieved a lower rate of failure in production. Conducting sanity (functional and non-functional), user acceptance and regression testing of all RPA processes. Mentored and trained junior business analysts by helping in development of techno-function skills.

Solution Design Analyst – Data Strategy

• Job Details:Responsible for designing and developing technical solutions for business problems. Coordination with different stakeholders internal/external and designing detailed functional specification document (DFS). Handle end to end design and specifications of the project and provide instructions to development team. Design data models in line with business processes along with managing end-to-end data architecture, from designing the technical architecture to development of the proposed solution. Identify data sources, both internal and external and provide database mapping for all fields involved in the solution. R&D for the new and upcoming projects; exploring the new horizons to bring in innovation.
